IFRS Standards Accounting Analyst (M/F)
FED FINANCE, a specialized recruitment firm, is looking for an Accounting Analyst (M/F) on a permanent contract (CDI) for a renowned financial captive.
Within our Finance Department and under the responsibility of the Manager in charge of the "Group Standards, Controls and Accounting Projects" pole, your missions are as follows:
- Updating IFRS directives and accounting procedures according to defined instructions;
- Contributing to IFRS technical analyses and local accounting standards (Local GAAP);
- Preparing initial versions of accounting memos and position notes;
- Analyzing accounting impacts;
- Contributing to the harmonization of the Group's accounting practices;
- Monitoring developments in accounting standards and synthesizing their key impacts;
- Analyzing accounting data;
- Developing and updating homogeneous accounting control models for subsidiaries;
- Supporting subsidiaries in performing accounting controls:
- Collecting and analyzing accounting data transmitted by the markets;
- Identifying inconsistencies or unusual trends in accounting data:
- Preparing summary reports on the accounting performance of the markets;
- Monitoring action plans resulting from accounting controls;
- Project coordination;
- Monitoring action plans and project timelines:
- Administrative follow-up of topics and deliverables:
- Preparing monitoring materials and workshop supports according to defined templates;
- Organizing project meetings (invitations, logistics, agendas);
- Writing meeting minutes based on discussions.
- Collecting and consolidating information necessary for project monitoring;
- Contributing to the update of documentation and processes related to projects.

Recruitment process:

With a Bac+4/5 degree, you have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience within an accounting department or an audit firm: audit, consolidation, accounting consulting, IFRS standards in an international environment. Experience in banking and/or within an automotive/leasing establishment is a real asset.
A fluent level of English is indispensable for this position.
You have a very good understanding of accounting standards and will quickly become autonomous on the IFRS basis.
You are proficient in Excel and/or Power Bi and possess excellent writing skills.
Your rigor and analytical mindset are real assets for succeeding in this position. You are able to report information and group it together thanks to your ease in reading accounting standards.
