Air Export Transit Agent (M/F)

I am Inès MARGERIE, recruitment consultant for the firm FED SUPPLY in Lognes, and I am looking for an AIR EXPORT TRANSIT AGENT for my client - temporary mission; position based near Compans.

Your missions: Reporting to the air export manager, you will take charge of air transport operations for export, from file preparation to shipment tracking.

In this capacity, you will notably be in charge of: Issuing and managing the documents necessary for air transport operations. Organizing transport and coordinating the various stages of the shipment. Ensuring the follow-up of export shipments and ensuring compliance with deadlines. Communicating with various interlocutors: clients, airlines, carriers, and partners. Ensuring the administrative follow-up of files and their updating. Identifying and reporting any anomalies or difficulties encountered during shipments.

Ideally, you have initial experience in air export transit or in an international transport/logistics environment.

You are recognized for your rigor, organization, and reactivity. You enjoy working in an environment where priorities can evolve and where coordination with different interlocutors is essential.

English: daily emails with your interlocutors / oral: able to manage

What the company offers:

• Remuneration, depending on profile, between 30K€ and 35K€ gross/year
• 35h per week: 8am - 5:30pm
• No remote work for this position
