Scheduling Manager (M/F)

Are you looking for a Scheduling Manager position in a technical industrial environment? I am Laure Evain, a consultant at Fed Supply, and I am recruiting a Scheduling Manager for a new permanent position (CDI). Sector: Industry / Defense Location: Elancourt (78990) Activity: manufacturing of sub-assemblies (cables, optical sensors...), integration of sub-assemblies (mechanical parts, electronic boards, optics) and repair. Your position as Scheduling Manager: Reporting to the Industrial Activities Manager, you will manage the workshop activity (3 people) on a daily basis and ensure the proper execution of manufacturing orders as well as after-sales service (SAV) operations, with the objective of respecting deadlines, costs, and quality. Your missions will be to:

• Analyze orders from the ADV and repair requests from the SAV via the ERP
• Plan and organize workshop activities (short, medium, and long term)
• Launch manufacturing orders and monitor their progress
• Adjust the schedule based on contingencies (delays, shortages, customer priorities)
• Manage supplies: stock analysis, purchase requests, supplier follow-up
• Coordinate flows between production, purchasing, design office, and logistics
• Monitor activity using KPIs and dashboards
• Identify production discrepancies and propose corrective actions
• Manage the workshop team on a daily basis (organization, coordination, transmission of instructions)
• Participate in continuous improvement and the evolution of the ERP
• Ensure the reliability and dissemination of information to internal and external stakeholders

Status: Executive (Cadre) 218 days (11 RTT / year) Flexible hours (arrival between 7 AM and 9 AM, 45 min to 2 hours lunch break, 5 PM - 6 PM) Teleworking: no, on-site position from Monday to Friday Salary: 50 - 55 K€ depending on profile + Company restaurant + Access to site facilities (gym, media library, etc.) + CSE

Do you have a technical background such as production / electronics / mechanics and at least 5 years of experience as a scheduling manager with team management in a workshop? Are you comfortable with ERPs and Excel? Do you have professional English allowing you to communicate in writing and orally with foreign suppliers?

Are you rigorous, possess good interpersonal skills, organized, field-oriented, and do you enjoy operational management and multi-stakeholder coordination?
