As Logistics Manager, you will steer and plan logistics flows with the objective of optimizing performance. You will guarantee a high level of customer service, while complying with hygiene and safety standards. Your main missions
- Define and organize the procurement strategy
- Monitor supplier orders and manage any disputes
- Drive stock management: budget, inventories, optimization
- Supervise logistics operations: receiving, picking, shipping
- Lead a continuous improvement process
- Manage and unite your team:
o work organization o distribution of responsibilities o performance monitoring via key indicators
Your profile
Technical skills
- At least 2 years of managerial experience
- Good mastery of IT tools and ERPs (SAP / WMS)
- Professional English level (B1/B2)
Behavioral skills
- Natural leadership and a sense of teamwork
- Organization, rigor, and reliability
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage priorities and stress
Education & experience
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in logistics, transport, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
