Air Freight Forwarding Agent (M/F)

As part of its business development, our client, a freight forwarder based in Blagnac, is looking for an Experienced Air Freight Forwarding Agent (M/F) on a CDI basis.

You will join a dynamic team and take charge of the complete management of air transport files, in a demanding environment where quality of service and reactivity are essential. -Organize and coordinate import and/or export air shipments from A to Z. -Book capacity with airlines. -Prepare and check transport documents (LTA/AWB, customs documents, invoicing...). -Ensure shipment tracking until delivery. -Be the primary contact for clients, airlines, and partners. -Manage any transport contingencies and propose suitable solutions. -Guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction.

Training: Bac +2 in Transport, Logistics, or International Trade. You have ideally confirmed experience in air freight forwarding. You master import and/or export operations as well as regulations related to air transport. You are comfortable with IT tools and the Pack Office. Professional English is indispensable. You are recognized for your rigor, your sense of organization, your reactivity, and your excellent interpersonal skills.

• Remuneration according to profile and experience between 32k€ and 40k€ over 13 months for an experienced air freight profile

Contract: CDI Salary: 35000 to 40000 EUR per year
