Senior Buyer (M/F)

__ Are you looking for a position where your purchasing decisions have a direct impact on production continuity? I am a recruitment consultant at FED Supply, a firm specializing in supply chain professions, and I am currently supporting a recognized industrial player in the recruitment of its future Senior MRO Buyer. The company and context This recruitment is part of a consolidation phase for the purchasing department, with a clear objective: to build processes, tools, and management indicators commensurate with the site's industrial challenges. Your missions Reporting to the Management, and integrated into a cohesive and dynamic team, you will play a key role in the structuring and performance of MRO purchasing:

• Define and deploy the MRO purchasing strategy, by structuring processes, tools, and management indicators (ERP, OTD, costs, supplier quality).
• Negotiate and secure supplier contracts, from the call for tenders to drafting, integrating technical, economic, and legal requirements.
• Manage daily supplies (orders, stocks, supplier disputes) to guarantee production continuity.
• Optimize the supplier panel and anticipate MRO market tensions through proactive sourcing.
• Guarantee purchasing performance across the three pillars of cost, quality, and lead times.

Conditions and benefits

• Fixed remuneration: between 55 K€ and 65 K€ gross annual depending on profile and experience, over 12 months
• Active CSE
• Teleworking: 1 day/week
• Status: Cadre
• Restaurant vouchers / meal vouchers: 10.5€

Your profile

• Education: Bac+3 to Bac+5, ideally specialized in purchasing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MRO purchasing or in an equivalent position.
• Mastery of CBN and different purchasing modes, for fine management of supplies.
• Professional English B2/C1, to communicate directly with an international supplier panel.
• Deep knowledge of supply flows and the MRO market, essential to anticipate tensions rather than suffer them.
• Ability to bounce back quickly in the face of unforeseen events: shortages, supplier disputes, production contingencies.
• Unifying interpersonal skills, capable of aligning internal stakeholders with sometimes divergent priorities (technical, quality, finance) around a common objective.
