I am recruiting an Indirect Buyer for the headquarters of an industrial company as part of a new permanent position (CDI).

Location: Elancourt (78990) Sector: Industry Your position as Indirect Buyer

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be in charge of all indirect goods and services procurement for the headquarters and the logistics and industrial sites, including industrial consumables (maintenance contracts, machining services, heat treatment, machine consumables, PPE, general services, IT services, facility management, energy, telephony...).

Your missions:

• Analyze internal needs in collaboration with requesting departments (production, maintenance, quality, HSE, IT, general services)
• Develop and deploy the purchasing strategy for indirect categories
• Source, select, and register suppliers
• Manage tenders, negotiate commercial, logistical, and contractual conditions
• Implement and monitor framework agreements
• Ensure supplier performance monitoring (costs, quality, lead times, service - SLA)
• Identify and manage cost reduction plans (TCO), particularly on high-volume/high-value consumables
• Secure critical supplies
• Manage supplier disputes and guarantee flow continuity
• Ensure compliance with purchasing procedures, quality, HSE, regulatory, and CSR requirements
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of purchasing processes and tools (ERP, BI...)
• Monitor performance indicators (KPI)

Remuneration & conditions

40 - 45 K€ fixed on 13 months depending on profile Up to 8% variable Tickets Restaurant 1 day of teleworking / week

Your profile

Master's degree (Bac +5) in Purchasing Minimum 5 years of experience in indirect purchasing in an industrial environment You enjoy analyzing costs and managing budgets Comfortable with negotiation, purchasing processes (RFI, RFQ, tenders), and contracting Experience in negotiation and contracting of tenders Professional English Proficiency in ERP, reporting tools (advanced Excel, ideally Power BI), and PowerPoint Good communication skills, accustomed to interacting with multidisciplinary teams Listening skills and ability to build consensus
