About the company

I am Habib Sarr, recruitment consultant at Fed Engineering, a firm specializing in technical industrial professions, and I am recruiting for my client, a recognized industrial player in the aeronautics sector in Occitanie, a Site Quality Manager M/F in CDI.

Your tasks

Reporting to the Site Management and in functional link with the Group Quality Management, you are the guarantor of the Quality Management System. In this capacity, you deploy and implement the QMS, define and monitor performance indicators, drive continuous improvement plans, and facilitate problem-solving tools (8D, AMDEC, QRQC, APQP, PDCA). You are the primary contact for customers on quality matters, manage non-conformities, and coordinate the associated action plans. You prepare and support certification audits and ensure the maintenance of approvals.

As a manager, you supervise and develop the skills of the quality department employees, organize activities, and unite your teams around performance objectives.

Requirements

With higher education in Quality or Industrial Engineering, you have at least 8 years of experience in a demanding industrial environment, ideally aeronautics. You have proven experience in team management and master quality standards (EN9100, ISO 9001). Professional English required. Strong field culture and results orientation expected.
