NPI Industrialization Manager (M/F)
Job Description: I am Sandra Simoncini, Expert Consultant for industrial technical professions at Fed Engineering, and I am looking for an Industrialization Manager for my client, an industrial SME of approximately 230 people that designs and manufactures high-precision mechanical and mechatronic solutions, located near Réau in Seine et Marne.
Reporting to the Operations Department, you will become the guarantor of successful product industrialization—both for new products and evolving existing ones. Concretely, your daily activities revolve around three main pillars:
Bringing mass-produced products to life You lead industrialization projects following the APQP logic, from costing during tenders (including cost price) to series launch.
Improving existing processes Armed with LEAN tools—SMED, capacity analyses, flow management—you continuously challenge existing manufacturing methods, relying on true professional expertise.
Growing a team You supervise industrialization pilot technicians and engineers, with the objective of standardizing practices and disseminating a common culture.
Alongside this, you work hand-in-hand with production to optimize cost, ergonomics, and safety; you drive continuous improvement in the EN9100 sense; and you structure the capitalization of know-how—supported by data.
