รายละเอียดงาน

1. 4M modification management and 4M change activities control.
2. collection and analysis of engineering information from customer, and support of manufacturing engineering.
3. UL certificate and its maintenance and management.
4. General advice and improvement of manufacturing methods against production.
5. Establish, review, approve or cancellation concerned work instruction.
6. Set up quality target of section.
7. Reliability evaluation testing and check.
8. New model process design planning and evaluation.
9. Product testing analysis ,NG Analysis and evaluation.
10. Evaluation supplier to maintain about Quality System " Audit Supplier "
11. Support new customer project.
12. Contact & support all new customer request. (Spec control/New Product responsibility/quality Improvement/ PCB Technical)
13. Other duties as assigned by factory manager / QE GM/QE MGR.
14. Project Management 15. ISO System Co-operation APQP/FMEA/PPAP/SPC/Control Plan.
15. Design Review and PCB Spec Examination
16. Quality Improvement function NG and analysis.
17. Support for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO/IATS 16949/NDA6.3
18. PCB Process standard and Parameter control(Technical Transfer )

20.Manufacturing plant introduction.

Qualifications: Male / Female 35-40 years. Bachelor degree of Engineer or related Have a experience 5 years in PCB Manufacturing. Good command of writing and speaking English. Good understanding in FMEA, PPAP, APQP, Six Sigma, Engineering skill and computer skill. ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949 (Basic) PCB Knowleage ( PCB spec, Customer spec )
