QA QC Supervisor - Manager / Japanese Communication / Printer / Bang Phli / 50k (W)

• Report directly to Japanese executives (Japanese CEO / Branch Manager) without a permanent interpreter.

• Provide support and take care of customers in the printer industry group (leading companies from Japan).

• Coordinate and communicate regarding Quality with relevant teams, including both the Supplier side and the Customer side.

• Prepare quality problem reports (NG Report) accurately and quickly.

• Follow up and control all processes to strictly comply with quality standards (QA Standards / Requirements).

Qualifications: No age limit. Have work experience in QC/QA within the industrial manufacturing sector. Have knowledge and experience regarding factory production processes, including ISO standard systems. Able to read engineering drawings (Drawing). Have good English language skills (for communication and reading/writing E-mails). Have Japanese communication skills at JLPT N4 level or higher (must be used to communicate with executives, customers, and Suppliers). Have a driver's license and can drive a car. Special consideration: If you have experience in the printer industry (Printer / Copy Machine) or Plastic Injection / Molding.
