Purchasing Manager / Stainless Steel Decoration Contracting / Bang Bon (W)

• Purchasing (Domestic & Overseas): Plan and manage the procurement of stainless steel raw materials, products, and related equipment. Source and select new Suppliers, compare prices and quality, and negotiate commercial terms.

• Import: Coordinate with overseas Suppliers (requesting quotes, ordering, through to delivery). Verify international trade terms (Incoterms, Payment Terms, L/C). Coordinate with Forwarders / Customs Brokers and manage import documentation while controlling Landed Cost.

• Supplier Management: Build good relationships, evaluate performance, and resolve issues regarding sub-standard quality or delayed deliveries.

• Cost and Inventory Management: Analyze raw material price trends, plan order quantities in collaboration with Production/Warehouse departments, and control appropriate Inventory levels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Purchasing, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in purchasing (Managerial experience will be specially considered).
• Experience in purchasing raw materials such as stainless steel, metal, steel, or industrial materials will be specially considered.
• Experience in both Domestic and Overseas purchasing, including knowledge of Import/Export processes.
• High negotiation skills, ability to analyze costs, and ability to travel to meet Suppliers abroad.
• English: Very good to excellent level (Able to write Business Emails, negotiate, and attend Online meetings with overseas Suppliers).
• Chinese: If able to communicate or have experience contacting factories in China, will be specially considered.
• Experience purchasing from China, Japan, Korea, or Europe will be specially considered.
