Production Manager/เครื่องมือแพทย์/บางปะกง/40-50K/(M)

Your tasks

-Production & Planning: Plan workflows, hit export deadlines, and manage production costs and resources efficiently.

-Regulatory & Quality Compliance: Ensure processes comply with ISO 13485 and FDA requirements, and support internal/external audits.

-Line Supervision & Team Leadership: Oversee mechanical assembly, electronics integration, and packaging; lead and motivate team members.

-Performance & CAPA: Track KPIs (OEE, downtime, waste), perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

-Continuous Improvement: Apply Lean and 5S methodologies and collaborate closely with QA/QC, R&D, Supply Chain, and Engineering.

Requirements

1. Experience: Minimum 5 years in production supervision (Medical Device industry preferred).
2. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of ISO 13485, production scheduling, machinery calibration, Lean/5S, and CAPA.
3. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
4. Languages: Fluent in English (Japanese language skills are a strong plus).
