Your tasks

• Manage and administer customer orders from both domestic and international clients in accordance with the plan.

• Coordinate and monitor logistics processes, including product ordering between Thailand and Japan.

• Coordinate with shipping companies and handle vessel space bookings for imported goods from abroad.

• Prepare quotations and documents related to operations.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth order management and transportation.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, English, Japanese, or other related fields.
2. Age 23–30 years old.
3. 1–3 years of working experience in the automotive industry.
4. Possess international coordination skills and the ability to negotiate with shipping companies.
5. Able to communicate in English or Japanese at a good level.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to use Excel formulas fluently.
7. Able to work on Saturdays according to the company calendar and work overtime when there is urgent work.
