  • Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the finance and accounting department.
  • Ensure the timely preparation and submission of accurate financial reports.
  • Prepare detailed financial analysis to support executive decision-making.
  • Ensure full compliance with Thailand's financial regulations, tax laws, and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Liaise and coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and relevant government authorities.
  • Develop annual budgets and perform financial forecasting.
  • Create financial models to support business growth initiatives and effective cost control.
  • Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient company liquidity.
  • Support treasury activities in alignment with company and regional head office policies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, improve financial processes, and strengthen internal controls.
  • Implement financial controls and robust risk assessment measures.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and alignment with core organizational values.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. (Possessing a CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is highly advantageous). Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role. Strong, in-depth understanding of Thailand's financial regulations, tax laws, and statutory reporting. Proficient in utilizing financial reporting tools and ERP systems. Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail. Fluent in English communication (Essential for direct reporting to foreign management in Singapore). Ability to work independently while seamlessly collaborating with regional stakeholders. Strong leadership, decision-making, and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. A proactive mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
