Responsibilities and assignments
- Supervise the team through the people management model, promoting behavioral development and technical qualification, as well as improving the organizational climate;
- Participate in the preparation of the expense budget for the cost centers under your responsibility, monitoring its realization throughout the period and controlling the sector's expenses;
- Participate in the preparation of the commercial proposal budget under your responsibility, monitoring its realization throughout the period and controlling the sector's expenses and profitability;
- Monitor indicators of your area and establish clear action plans, generating information that supports upper levels in decision-making;
- Provide service to active and potential customers, indicating products, specifying quantities and application methods, and promoting products and technologies;
- Monitor product use by the application team to ensure quality, suggesting improvements in processes and product utilization;
- Be responsible for the monitoring and execution of works;
- Inspect the work of the construction team, item consumption, and ensure execution according to the project and specification;
- Create and execute the equipment maintenance plan;
- Manage the purchase of supplies, safety equipment, and maintenance parts;
- Look after the department's equipment and vehicles, prioritizing their safety and that of others, as well as Company standards.
Requirements and qualifications
- Completed Higher Education in Chemical/Civil/Materials Engineering or Industrial Chemistry;
- Experience in People Management;
- Experience in industrial coatings applications;
- Experience in customer service;
- Intermediate English.
