Jira Migration Expert (M/F)
Main Responsibilities
- Migration Strategy & Orchestration
Define the global migration strategy aligned with JFE standards Identify eligibility criteria for projects to be migrated Plan and orchestrate migration waves (small, medium, large projects) Coordinate all stakeholders: project teams, engineering, Jira administrators, tool owners Define success criteria and acceptance conditions
- Migration Execution
Drive and execute Jira data migrations (issues, history, links, attachments, comments) Guarantee integrity, traceability, and functional continuity Perform dry runs and validations on pilot projects Define and activate rollback plans and risk mitigation
- Support & Change Management
Provide technical support before, during, and after migration Support teams in adopting new JFE standards Produce documentation, guidelines, and migration manuals Ensure knowledge transfer
Profile Sought Strong Jira expertise (administration and migration) Experience in large-scale migration / international environment Good understanding of complex project environments Experience in change management Fluent English is imperative Excellent interpersonal skills and transverse coordination ability
