Qualification:

• Male/Female, max 25 years old
• Minimum High School / Vocational graduate
• Min. 1 year experience as a Barista in a café, coffee shop, or similar hospitality environment
• Strong passion for coffee and the F&B industry
• Basic knowledge of espresso-based beverages, manual brewing, and basic latte art
• Strong communication skills with a positive, professional attitude
• Well-groomed and presentable appearance
• Able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment, work well within a team, and eager to keep improving
