Job Description:

Context: As part of our development, we are looking for a Project Manager, responsible for driving technical projects while guaranteeing their quality and compliance with our contractual commitments. You will be the main point of contact between our company and our clients, with the following objectives: Develop client relationships, Ensure their satisfaction, Retain our portfolio Your missions: As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing the continuity of client relationships and ensuring the follow-up of various contracts. In this capacity, you will intervene in: Project management and coordination (Schedule definition, estimation, risk management, performance indicators) Client relationship management (Support, analysis and challenging of needs, identification of new needs, project follow-up, crisis management) Steering of suppliers, operators, and integrators Steering of COPIL and budgetary follow-up Execution of tasks related to Delivery (Processing of needs, budgetary validation, purchase requests, procurement, scheduling, drafting of deliverables (Meeting minutes, summary notes, architecture diagrams) Drafting of specifications, acceptance test plans, architecture files Feasibility studies Change management and process optimization Benefits & Perspectives Very good evolution prospects Location: La Défense, with the possibility of remote work Start date: As soon as possible Remuneration: Package 70 K depending on profile (profit-sharing scheme implemented in 2015)

Profile Description:

You hold a Bac+4/5 degree from an Engineering school or a University in the field of IT or information systems. You have approximately 10 years of experience in similar positions and in managing cybersecurity, networks, cloud & datacenter projects. You have proven experience in the management and coordination of complex projects (schedule definition, estimation, risks, indicators) with a good mastery of incident management. You are familiar with technical environments, particularly in cybersecurity (Firewall, IDS/IPS probes, SIEM, vulnerability research, antivirus, PAM, ISO 27001 standards, etc.), in LAN & WAN networks, in Datacenter, and in Cloud. You have a good ability to interact with demanding clients, to manage priorities, and to learn continuously; your interpersonal & writing skills make you a preferred interlocutor for our clients. A good understanding of strong technical challenges and sensitive client sectors is appreciated. You are recognized for your active listening, your ability to synthesize, and your natural curiosity.
