Decision Support Senior Specialist

Job Summary We are looking for a strong Decision Support Senior Specialist to lead reporting, business analysis, and performance management across the organization. The role will be responsible for developing dashboards, analyzing business performance, identifying key insights, and supporting management in data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain reports and dashboards across different branches, areas, and business units.

Provide daily performance dashboards at branch, area, and consolidated levels .

Monitor and report on key business KPIs and performance indicators .

Analyze data to identify business strengths, weaknesses, trends, and improvement opportunities.

Establish effective reporting and analysis processes across the organization.

Prepare business cases and analysis for new initiatives and projects.

Work with multiple data sources and systems to consolidate and analyze business data.

Support management with insights and recommendations for better business decisions.

Collaborate with Transformation and Automation teams on data and reporting automation projects.

Develop clear and effective presentations for management and senior stakeholders.

5–7 years of experience in Decision Support, Business Intelligence, Business Analysis, Reporting, or a similar role.

Experience working in a complex business environment with multiple business units or verticals.

Strong experience in reporting, dashboards, KPI analysis, and performance management .

Ability to work with multiple data sources, systems, and large datasets.

Strong analytical, modeling, and presentation skills .

Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; knowledge of BI tools is a strong plus.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.
