Property Sales & Rent Collection Officer

Location: Ongata Rongai We are a Real Estate Letting, Selling and Management Co. looking for a reliable, honest and self-motivated individual to join our property business.

Key Responsibilities

• Management  of  Rental Properties, Rent collection and tenant follow-up.
• To Market and promote land, houses and rental properties.
• Respond to enquiries and arrange property viewings.
• Generate and follow up on new sales and rental leads.
• Maintain good relationships with tenants and clients.
• Keep accurate records and provide regular updates.

Requirements :  . Education up to Form Four level with post High School Training in relevant Field

• Experience in sales, marketing, property or customer service is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, organised and dependable.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
