Sales Advisor (M/F)

FATHER & SONS is a French men's ready-to-wear brand, proud of its 69 boutiques in France, Belgium, and Germany. We embody French elegance with particular attention to detail, noble materials, and style.

We are looking for a Sales Advisor: Profile: You have a pronounced taste for men's fashion and follow trends. Ideally, you have at least 1 year of experience in mid-range or high-end ready-to-wear. You value high standards, exemplary behavior, and team spirit as essential values. Your enthusiasm and optimism allow you to offer a true "customer experience" on a daily basis. Challenges and a results-oriented culture are an integral part of your personality, and you have a good command of English (imperative).

• Welcome, satisfy, and build loyalty with our customers by offering premium service
• Advise our customers by promoting our brand, our savoir-faire, and our products
• Contribute to the development of turnover and the performance indicators of the point of sale
• Apply the procedures and directives from headquarters
• Actively participate in the life of the point of sale: receiving and checking goods, checkout, implementation of commercial operations, monitoring sales indicators

Conditions:

• Monthly salary: SMIC + performance bonus, sales index bonus
