Regular / Senior Project Manager

Who we are We are an e-commerce house specializing in the design, implementation, and maintenance of online stores based on Adobe Commerce / Magento 2. We carry out projects for both smaller clients and large, international brands, working on infrastructure provided by the clients. We create advanced e-commerce solutions that realy drive sales and support the business development of our clients. Our team consists of nearly 60 specialists working in interdisciplinary project teams. We focus on cooperation, knowledge sharing, and having a real impact on the solutions we implement. We work 100% remotely – we provide full online onboarding and team support at every stage of cooperation. As a Project Manager, you will lead e-commerce projects from the first conversations, through delivery, to further platform development. Your role will be to bridge clients' business goals with technology, make decisions that have a real impact on their business growth, and proactively anticipate challenges and recommend the best solutions. You will be close to the client, the market, and the development team – with a real impact on the development direction of projects and the businesses behind them. What do we offer?

Daily tasks

• Leading IT / e-commerce projects from start to finish
• Collaborating with one or several clients and actively developing cooperation, identifying new business needs and opportunities
• Gathering and analyzing project requirements
• Defining project scope, setting priorities, and maintaining the schedule
• Managing the project budget and actively controlling risks
• Change management and effectively responding to challenges arising during implementation
• Supporting a project team of several to a dozen people
• Ensuring smooth communication and effective cooperation within the development team
• Monitoring work progress, delivery quality, and achievement of project goals
• Reporting project status and communicating with stakeholders
• Creating project documentation and improving processes
• Implementing best practices and using project management tools
• Collaborating on sales and presales activities – preparing recommendations, materials, and substantive support
• Advising on quoting and helping to match solutions to real client needs

Requirements

What do we expect from you? Minimum 5 years of experience in an e-commerce Project Manager role Good knowledge of Magento Very good self-organization and team organization – you deliver topics on time and care about quality

Practical knowledge of project management methods (certifications are welcome)

Experience in implementation projects and maintenance projects

Proficiency in working with ticketing systems and project management tools

Very good command of the English language

Strong analytical skills and the ability to connect business needs with technology

Skills in clear, partner-like communication and working with development teams

Independence, responsibility, proactivity, and a goal-oriented mindset

Curiosity, a positive attitude, and a desire for continuous development Additionally, welcome: Good orientation in technological trends and new business models

Experience in continuously improving delivery quality in accordance with software development best practices

Must have: Magento, E-commerce, Project management, Confluence, Jira, Stakeholder management, Communication skills
