Job Summary You will perform production tasks, maintain a clean and safe work environment, assist with basic machine handling, and follow production procedures in a 12-hour shift pattern at the Woodlands location. Responsibilities Execute assigned production tasks accurately to meet daily output targets Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area to ensure a hazard-free environment Operate and assist with basic machine handling to support production efficiency Adhere strictly to established production procedures to maintain product quality and consistency Sustain physical endurance to stand or sit for long hours during 12-hour shifts Work independently to complete tasks with minimal supervision Required competencies and certifications Good eyesight to safely perform production and machine handling tasks Preferred competencies and qualifications Ability to work independently to ensure smooth production flow Other Information Location: Woodlands Salary: $1,900–$2,100 per month Full Attendance Bonus: +$100/month Shift Allowance: $10 per night shift Work Hours: 12 hours, 4 days on, 3 days off shift pattern Interview required
