Attracting SME clients,

Analysis of the SME client's business, preparation and presentation of conclusions to the credit committee,

Organization of the business loan granting process,

Implementation of sales for asset and liability products,

Servicing the formed loan portfolio, effective communication with clients,

Promotion of banking services and products, implementation of cross-selling,

Monitoring the quality of the loan portfolio, following up on client payments.

Work experience in the field of business lending

Skills in client attraction and sales implementation

Analytical flexible mind

Accounting and financial analysis skills

Ability to perform tasks within the set deadlines and with proper quality

Ability to perform several tasks and assignments simultaneously

Honesty, responsibility,

Good knowledge of Russian and English

Higher education in the fields of finance, accounting, or business
