SME Loan Products Manager

There is a vacancy for an SME Loan Products Manager with experience in the financial sector at «Fast Bank» CJSC.

Development of business and agricultural loan products and services ideas for SME customers, formulation, presentation, and organization of implementation of business offers,

Management and continuous monitoring of the business and agricultural loan products portfolio, preparation of reports,

Analysis of sales target indicators and initiation and implementation of necessary actions to ensure them (campaigns, product improvements, revision of terms, etc.),

Design, implementation, and optimization of product business processes,

Ensuring digitalization of products on Fastbank web and mobile platforms,

Training of employees involved in the sales process, development of training and methodological materials,

Continuous study of local and international market trends,

Implementation of other related product and project works.

At least 2 years of work experience in the financial-banking sector

Experience in the development and management of SME loan or other financial products

Skills in financial analysis, market research, and business process assessment

Experience in project management and development of technical specifications

Computer skills (excellent command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint programs)

Good knowledge of Russian and English languages

Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Higher education in economics, finance, or related fields
