Infrastructure Head

Location: Benito Juárez, CDMX Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 am to 6 pm

Position: INFRASTRUCTURE HEAD

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or engineering in systems or related field (Completed).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in:
• Coordination or supervision of infrastructure areas.
• Personnel management.
• Administration and monitoring of SLA compliance for services contracted with providers.
• Proposing improvements to systems.
• Coordination of preventive maintenance, monitoring, and equipment renewal.
• Monitoring of ticket response SLA compliance.
• Monitoring of technological infrastructure availability SLA compliance.
• Basic knowledge of good practices in service management based on ITIL.
• Knowledge in:
• Backup systems (Veeam).
• Network operating systems (Windows, Linux).
• Server virtualization VMWARE, Pure Storage, Hyper-V, Azure, AWS.
• Cisco, HP, Dell servers or Microsoft Office 365.
• Data centers.
• Management of technology providers.
• English level: basic – intermediate.
