THEFT AND CLAIMS ANALYST
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Business Administration, International Trade or related (intern or graduate).
- 1 to 2 years in international insurance processing.
- Advanced English (indispensable).
- Interpretation of international policies (Cyber Liability, errors & omissions, General Liability, Property, Products recall or Workers Compensation).
- Advanced Excel (indispensable).
- Power BI (desirable).
- Management of insurance regulations, legal and regulatory requirements in different countries.
Functions:
- Management of policies abroad.
- Direct contact with insurers, reinsurers and internal clients, evaluating proposals, risks, terms and conditions.
- Handling of claims in business units from the service protocol to the preparation and follow-up of claims and compensation.
- Collect, analyze and record information about theft and claim incidents.
- Create physical copies of reports for the legal area and store digital versions.
- Train business unit personnel through training sessions.
- Request and archive security material such as videos of thefts and damages.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 hrs. (with schedule availability)
