REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Completed Bachelor's degree. Specialization: Q.F.I., Q.F.B., I.I.Q., I.Q.I., I.B.Q., L.F., I.I. or related careers (Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Engineering). Experience: 1 year of verifiable experience in the position within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry. Language: Basic/technical English (A2 Level).

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

• SAP management (Experience in SAP B1 or SAP at an intermediate/advanced level).
• Excel: Intermediate/advanced management for issuing supply plans and analysis.
• Mastery and interpretation of MPS (Master Production Schedule) and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) runs.
• Control and definition of Safety Stock (inventory management and demand variations).
• Management of manufacturing plans, monitoring the arrival and release of inputs.
• Teamwork

FUNCTIONS/ACTIVITIES:

• Perform MPS and MRP runs according to the forecast issued by the commercial area.
• Issue the supply plan and coordinate delivery to the production plants.
• Follow up on the arrival and release of inputs to ensure their availability in manufacturing and conditioning according to the production schedule.
• Inform the Quality area of the priorities for input release.
• Monitor and strictly follow up on compliance with the production and conditioning schedule.
• Follow up on the notification of finished products in a timely and proper manner through the SAP system.
• Perform the technical closing of production orders in the system.
• Provide general support to the Planning and Materials department in the required activities.
