REQUIREMENTS:

• From: 25 TO 48 years old.
• Education: LAE, Accounting, Economics or related.
• Experience: 2 years in payroll management, compensation and benefits control.
• Basic English.
• Availability to travel and time.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

• Handling of SUA.
• Calculation of settlements (finiquitos)
• Salary modifications
• Handling of payroll management software (COI, NOI, COMPAQ, SICOSS or similar).
• Intermediate Office handling.
• Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly payroll calculations, Bonuses, Overtime.
• Knowledge of the LFT.
• Numerical analysis.
• Service oriented.

FUNCTIONS/ACTIVITIES:

• Review of incidents applied to payrolls.
• Determine Deductions, Perceptions, Taxes and withholdings.
• Registration of salary and position modifications.
• Perform payroll calculation to provide to treasury for disbursement.
• Budget control in the various cost centers of the company.
• Perform monthly payroll reports.
• Review and determination of occupational risks, ISR, social security burden, INFONAVIT, FONACOT etc...
• Addressing payroll doubts with personnel.
• Generate the modification of salary adjustments in the IMSS.
• Control of vacations and payment requests.
• Attend to payroll audits.

ECONOMIC PROPOSAL:

• Monthly gross salary $16,000 - $18,000 (Based on knowledge).
• Statutory benefits (25 days of aguinaldo).
