Asset Planning & Development Executive

Responsibilities: Participate in space planning and detailed design process for new commercial and mixed-use projects as well as AEIs of existing properties Review and evaluate space planning requirements and layout design for new projects and asset enhancement initiatives (AEIs) Assist to formulate mall-specific shopfront and signage design guidelines for new projects and existing malls alike Assist to curate tenancy fit-out design guidelines and to keep abreast with current market best practices Ensure well-designed tenancy fit-outs through coordination with Commercial Operations and Central Engineering team, as well as consultants and contractors where necessary   

Requirements: Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or any other relevant disciplines Team player who is adept in working collaboratively and independently where necessary to drive desired outcomes Strong interpersonal and communications skills
