Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain project files, schedules, records, and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist in preparing project reports, presentations, progress updates, and other project-related documentation.
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the project management team to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, and vendors to gather information, coordinate activities, and resolve project-related issues.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of project management processes, procedures, and best practices.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or project support role, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage competing deadlines effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities and the capacity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining accuracy and ensuring high-quality work.
