Job Summary Be part of a professional, high-volume kitchen. You?ll execute menu items to brand standards for Famous Peppers, work cleanly, and move quickly during service.

Responsibilities

• Select and assemble fresh ingredients and toppings according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to cook pizzas to perfection.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
• Operate fryers and flat top grill
• Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene.
• Support the overall food service process by assisting with meal preparation, plating, and serving when needed.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or a restaurant environment is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
