Sr Accounting Officer

Job description

• Record and manage daily financial transactions using Accurate.
• Prepare monthly and yearly financial closing.
• Create and review journal entries, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports such as Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow.
• Monitor Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Ensure all financial data is accurate and complete.
• Maintain accounting records and documents properly.
• Support internal and external audit activities.
• Work with other departments to ensure smooth accounting processes.
• Help improve accounting procedures and the use of the Accurate system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting.
• Experience using Accurate Accounting Software is required.
• Good understanding of the accounting cycle and financial reporting.
• Familiar with AP, AR, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing.
• Basic knowledge of tax regulations is an advantage.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup based in Pejaten Barat, South Jakarta
