Property Administrator - Part Time
We are looking for an organised, confident and proactive Property Administrator to provide part-time support to a busy property management and investment business.
This is a part-time, office-based opportunity offering 16 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, based in North West London.
The Role:
- Assist with property purchases, sales and refinancing, liaising with solicitors and preparing documents for signature.
- Chase solicitors, agents and other third parties to ensure transactions progress smoothly.
- Handle leasehold matters including lease assignments and Deeds of Covenant on behalf of the freeholder.
- Coordinate planning consultants and architects on development projects.
- Check professional invoices against agreed fees and resolve any queries.
- Act as a key contact for external managing agents and commercial tenants, dealing with matters such as keys, utilities and business rates.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure multiple live property matters are organised and followed up.
- Provide general administrative support to the directors and wider property operation as required.
About You:
- Experienced as a Property Administrator, PA, Administrator or similar, ideally within property, estate management, legal or a professional services environment.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple matters and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong IT skills.
- Confident communicating with solicitors, agents, consultants and other third parties.
- Familiar with property transactions and leases, or genuinely keen to learn.
