Senior HR Executive

Our client is looking for a Senior HR Executive to join their HR team. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will support full-spectrum HR operations, with a strong focus on performance management and employee relations. Responsibilities : Manage full-spectrum HR operations across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit. Coordinate performance management, including KPI setting, performance reviews and appraisal processes. Work with department heads and management to align employee objectives with department and organisational goals. Monitor KPI achievement, track performance against targets and identify gaps and areas for improvement. Support the implementation of performance and incentive programmes to drive productivity and retention. Process monthly payroll, including CPF contributions, IRAS submissions and other statutory requirements. Administer compensation and benefits, leave, claims and employee insurance matters. Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities. Handle employee relations matters and advise employees and managers on HR policies and procedures. Maintain accurate employee records, performance documentation and HRIS data, and prepare HR reports. Ensure compliance with the Employment Act, MOM regulations and company HR policies. Requirements : Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or a related field. At least 4 years of relevant HR generalist experience. Hands-on experience in KPI and performance management. Experience in full-spectrum payroll and Singapore statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS, MOM). Good knowledge of the Employment Act and HR best practices. Familiar with HRIS and payroll systems. Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
