Strengthen the FALKE Fashion team at the Schmallenberg location as an Employee Purchasing, Production Planning & Scheduling (m/f/d)

YOUR TASK:

• Support of suppliers - Creating and sending inquiries and orders
• Preparation and creation of quotation comparisons
• Processing of order confirmations and coordination of deviations
• Management and processing of goods-accompanying documents
• Monitoring delivery dates and filing complaints if necessary. Within the scope of inventory: Organization and evaluation of assets, maintenance and management of material and supplier master data
• Processing of third-country shipments (Import/Export)

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further training as a customs specialist
• Good commercial understanding and negotiation skills
• Good English skills, independent and quality-conscious way of working
• Organizational skills and reliability
• Ideally initial experience with D365 F&O
