your mission -
you are the first point of contact for our customers and support the branch manager and service technicians with all commercial and organizational tasks. with great enthusiasm, you will take responsibility for the agenda and route planning, the ordering of office supplies, the management of master data, and the warehouse management of the branch. you will independently handle our rental activities, hand over the machines, and provide safety instructions directly to the customer. you enjoy customer contact and do not shy away from telephone acquisition or providing application and product advice. you clarify technical questions with the headquarters and prepare quotations.
your talent -
- a completed commercial or technical education.
- several years of experience in administration and sales support, preferably within a technical environment.
- resourceful, interested in technology, and a good knowledge of IT applications.
- strong in communication and an absolute organizational talent.
- very good knowledge of English is necessary.
