Teamleader Maintenance

A market leader in specialized food and health ingredients operates a high-tech and sustainable production site in the Deinze region. With multiple installations on-site, the organization guarantees innovation, high quality standards, and operational excellence. To lead the maintenance team and continuously strengthen plant uptime, the company is looking for a driven Maintenance Team Lead who combines strong leadership qualities with deep technical expertise.

What will your package of tasks look like?

• You will directly manage the preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of approximately 2,700 installations and ensure correct CMMS administration in Ultimo.
• You will analyze malfunctions, minimize downtime, and manage both inventory management and the timely ordering of critical spare parts.
• You will coach, train, and develop the employees of the maintenance and cleaning teams toward a high level of quality performance and safety.
• You will ensure strict compliance with SHE and quality standards, including the calibration and verification schedules of critical equipment.
• You will initiate continuous-improvement projects based on downtime analyses, process optimization, and the introduction of new technologies.

What do we expect from you?

• You have at least 5 years of practical experience in maintenance within an industrial or production environment, supplemented by leadership experience.
• You possess strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and control circuits and can easily read technical diagrams and blueprints.
• You possess proven expertise in troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance to structurally reduce unplanned downtime.
• You maintain a strict focus on safety, work closely with SHE, Quality, and Operations teams, and communicate fluently in English.
• You are communicative, collaborative, and analytically minded to translate data-driven decisions on the shop floor into concrete actions.
