Project Manager | Nautical

Are you ready to lead challenging maritime projects in the region around Kortrijk?

In the role of Project Manager, you are responsible for the simultaneous management of multiple maritime geophysical and geotechnical projects. You ensure an optimal balance between costs, time, benefits, and risks and lead a multidisciplinary team to achieve successful project results.

What will your package of tasks look like?

• Planning, organizing, coordinating, and motivating project teams for maritime geophysical projects.
• Leading the onshore project team and maintaining communication with the offshore team.
• Managing project budgets and reporting to the PMO manager and accounting department.
• Approving subcontractors and suppliers and managing additional work within contracts.
• Taking the lead in QHSE matters and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.

What do we expect from you?

• Preferably a master's degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering or a related survey discipline.
• Experience with people and project management and technical knowledge of hydrographic and geophysical/geotechnical equipment.
• Good command of English, knowledge of Dutch and French is a plus.
