Production Coordinator

What will your package of tasks look like?

• You support the shift system team leaders in daily decision-making and problem-solving, and ensure structured shift staffing.
• You organize the work zones in an effective manner and monitor order, cleanliness, and structure according to 5S standards.
• Together with HR, you draw up training plans, track mandatory certifications, and monitor skill development within the teams.
• You ensure the accurate follow-up of time registrations, incident reports, and the administrative processing of evaluations.
• You communicate operational priorities clearly to the floor and encourage shifts to actively think along about continuous improvement.

What do we expect from you?

• You have built up at least 5 years of leadership experience as a Production Supervisor on the shop floor of an industrial factory site.
• You are looking for a leadership daytime position in which you maintain an overview of the operational functioning of the shifts.
• You are structured, disciplined, and possess the leadership qualities to bring organizational calm and streamlining.
• You communicate fluently in French and English to switch smoothly with various stakeholders on and off the site.
• You are willing to be physically present on the shopfloor to support 5S projects and process optimizations.
