Fairly Made

FAIRLY MADE® is a French scale-up helping fashion brands become more transparent and sustainable. Its SaaS platform enables brands to take back control of their supply chain data and improve their environmental and social impact—not just on paper, but in practice.

Founded in 2018 by Camille Le Gal and Laure Betsch, this fast-growing mission-driven company has raised €20 million to date, including a €15 million round in 2025 led by BNP Paribas Solar Impulse Venture Fund, GET Fund, ETF Partners, and Frenchfounders. The company aims to establish itself as the leader in a rapidly expanding market.

Fairly Made supports brands across five key pillars: Traceability, Impact Measurement, Eco-design, Supply Chain, and Communication.

From raw supplier data all the way to a transparent Digital Product Passport that the end consumer can scan.

Your mission

As Product Manager, you will own the supplier experience and traceability scope - including how supplier data is gathered and collected - working hand in hand with your Tech Lead to ship features that create real impact for brands and their suppliers.

Own your product scope in tandem with the Tech Lead: analyze, improve, add or remove features based on user feedback, data and impact Prioritize relentlessly: make sure the team works on the right topics at the right time, in line with Fairly Made's vision, impact and effort Build and run the roadmap: write clear product specs so the dev team has everything it needs to deliver quality Co-own delivery with the Tech Lead: set milestones, anticipate risks and dependencies, keep stakeholders informed Run the team rituals: dailies, QA and retros Drive go-to-market with the Care team: launch planning, feature documentation and feedback loop with users Be the product's "Swiss army knife": work with many different teams (tech, design, care, sales, marketing) and represent the product internally and externally
