Company Overview Fair Breeze Trading Pte Ltd is a duty-free supplier specializing in tobacco products and alcoholic beverages. Job Summary Manage order processing and coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery of cargo while maintaining compliance with customs regulations and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Process customer orders, purchasing orders, invoices, delivery orders, and customs permits accurately to support efficient operations Coordinate with warehouse staff, transport providers, customers, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate cargo deliveries Prepare and verify customs documentation in compliance with Singapore Customs requirements and company procedures Monitor order status, stock availability, and delivery schedules to proactively follow up on outstanding orders Respond to customer enquiries by providing delivery updates and resolving operational issues promptly Liaise with suppliers to confirm product availability, order fulfilment, and delivery arrangements Maintain accurate records and organize operational documents to ensure proper filing and easy retrieval Perform assigned operational and administrative duties to support overall logistics functions Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or equivalent qualification At least 1 year of relevant experience in logistics, shipping, supply chain, customer service, or administration Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking business associates Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and capable of learning computerized business systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with customers, suppliers, and colleagues Meticulous and well-organized to manage multiple tasks efficiently Positive working attitude with responsibility and willingness to learn Flexibility to work an alternate 5.5-day work week
