Receptionist

Fair Acres Boutique Hotel is looking for a professional, friendly, and customer- focused Receptionist to join our team.

Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma/Degree from a recognized hospitality institution

Minimum 3 years' experience in Front Office and Reservations

Conversant with Hotelwise Hotel Management System

Fluency in a foreign language will be an added advantage (French, Spanish, German, Italian, etc.)

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Strong knowledge of hotel reservations and front office operations

Professional, well-presented, organized, and guest-focused

Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
