VP Finance

FAI is a leading financial services company, specializing in supporting high-tech companies and startups in Israel. We are looking for an experienced VP Finance, with a broad business vision, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities. In this role, you will work in collaboration with innovative startup and technology companies, provide strategic financial leadership, and serve as a business partner and trusted advisor to CFOs and senior management.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for preparing the financial statements of several companies, including accounts receivable (A/R) management, cash flow management, management reporting, financial controls, and budget monitoring, reporting to the CFO.
• Serving as a strategic financial partner and trusted advisor to CFOs and senior management.
• Leading and managing the financial activities of a variety of high-tech companies and startups.
• Developing financial models, budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Managing the financial reporting of the company's clients and the revenue cycles of their subsidiaries.
• Supporting capital raising processes, Due Diligence, and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) transactions.
• Working in collaboration with auditing accountants, tax advisors, investors, and other financial stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with US GAAP and IFRS standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance rules.
• Managing and supervising ongoing accounting and financial activities, including collection and payment processes, supervision of the payroll system, managing workflows with clients and vendors, and managing relationships with banks.

• At least 7 years of experience in senior financial management roles – Mandatory.
• Previous experience in high-tech companies or startups – Mandatory.
• Israeli or American CPA license – Mandatory.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS standards.
• High level of English.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and managerial skills, alongside the ability to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
