Renowned manufacturers such as Audi, VW, KTM, Thule, or Schwarzmüller are among our customers. 1 Industrial / Process Engineer_in In this position, you will actively shape the further development of our manufacturing processes and production technologies. You will take on a central role in the introduction of new manufacturing processes, the optimization of existing production workflows, and the implementation of projects to ensure economical and process-secure series production.

What you will achieve with us...

• Development, qualification, and implementation of new manufacturing technologies, methods, and processes for stable and efficient series production

• Management and implementation of projects for the introduction of new production solutions and manufacturing concepts

• Creation of specifications (requirements specification, functional specification) for assembly systems, tools, equipment, and machines

• Development and optimization of testing workflows, testing methods, and system concepts for manufacturing, for example in the area of End-of-Line-Testing

• Technical evaluation and design of production systems as well as support for procurement together with Purchasing

• Participation in change management as well as active participation in continuous improvement processes (KVP)

• Cooperation with internal departments and external partners for the successful implementation of projects and optimization measures
