Cleaning Operations Manager

Lead and direct assigned cleaning teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness across designated areas. Track daily attendance of Cleaners and submit reports to the site Administrative Assistant and Manager. Drive operational performance to consistently meet daily client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Conduct pre-shift briefings to outline daily cleaning itineraries and emphasize mandatory safety procedures. Inspect and verify that Cleaners carry functional, required tools before deploying to work locations. Enforce safe work practices and ensure Cleaners execute all duties in compliance with safety standards. Coach staff on more efficient cleaning techniques to boost site productivity. Recognize and commend exemplary behaviors among Cleaners to promote positive work culture. Counsel and discipline errant staff regarding attendance, punctuality, and workplace attitude. Identify operational issues and proactively propose process improvements to the Manager. Need to respond in odd hours for urgent incident requirements.
