Job Description:
- Developing and creating footwear collections in accordance with the brand language and commercial needs
- Translating contemporary trends into applicable and production-ready product lines
- Routine work with suppliers and factories in Israel and abroad
- Preparing complete product tech packs, monitoring samples, performing corrections, and leading the development process until a finished product
- Close collaboration with development, marketing, and buying teams
Requirements:
- Full proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop – Mandatory
- Knowledge of InDesign – Advantage
- High level of English – Mandatory
- Proven experience in collection development and a deep understanding of the product development process from concept to final sample
- Experience working with suppliers and factories abroad, including transferring tech packs and following up on samples
- High creativity alongside commercial thinking and a deep understanding of market trends
- Ability to work independently, dynamism, and meeting deadlines
