Buying Back Office Employee

Factory 54 is a global fashion and lifestyle group, with headquarters in Tel Aviv and Amsterdam and extensive activity in Israel and Europe. The group employs approximately 2,000 employees and represents more than 150 of the world's leading luxury and lifestyle brands. Alongside extensive retail activity, the company operates advanced e-commerce platforms and an internal technology center that leads innovation and advanced solutions for the retail world. We are looking for a Buying Back Office employee for the Buying division at the company's headquarters in Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities:

• Performing routine Back Office work and operational support for a variety of brands in the group, while managing and controlling administrative processes.
• Routine conduct with brands in Israel and abroad, including communication with internal and external parties, working with suppliers, task tracking, and preparing weekly reports.
• Managing routine contact with the chain's stores, providing operational responses, monitoring needs from the field, and coordinating between various interfaces.
• Extensive work with Excel for data analysis, generating reports, performance tracking, and routine controls.
• Working in an organizational ERP system, including data entry, information generation, and supporting the department's operational processes.
• Working with multiple interfaces in the organization such as Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, stores, and Brand Managers.

• At least one year of experience in an administrative role - Mandatory
• Experience in the buying worlds and/or in sales floor management in fashion chains - Significant advantage
• Business orientation and a connection to the fashion and lifestyle world
• Bachelor's degree - Advantage
• High analytical abilities, including advanced proficiency in Excel and building complex formulas - Mandatory
• High proficiency in English, including the ability to express oneself in writing and orally, and reading at a high level
