Experienced Accountant - Europe Activity

Factory 54, the leading fashion and lifestyle group in Israel, continues to grow and invites an experienced Accountant to join the finance team. The role offers work in a dynamic and advanced environment, with many interfaces in Israel and Europe, and an opportunity to take part in broad financial activity at the heart of the international retail world.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving supplier invoices, control, and card analysis
• Assisting in the preparation of payments to suppliers
• Performing reconciliations of banks, cards, and balance sheet accounts
• Recording journal entries (prepaid expenses, accruals, and month-end closings)
• Management and control of rent invoices, including reconciliation with lease agreements, checking charges, and monitoring payments
• Handling expense reports and employee cards
• Routine work with internal interfaces (Purchasing, Operations, Stores)
• Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes
• Managing intercompany records
• Performing additional tasks according to the needs of the finance department

Job Requirements:

• Accounting Certificate Type 3 - Mandatory
• At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting (up to balance sheet) - Mandatory
• Good level of English (reading and writing) - Mandatory
• Previous experience in a large organization - Significant advantage
• Familiarity with the retail sector - Advantage
• High orientation towards information systems and the ability to work in a computerized environment
• Experience working with NetSuite - Advantage
• Full command of Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel
• Ability to work independently alongside teamwork, order and organization, responsibility, and high work ethics
